NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sections 59 and 60A of the Local Government Act 1993 that a Public Meeting is to be held at 6pm, Tuesday 24 July 2018 at the Huonville Town Hall, 40 Main Street, Huonville for the purpose of discussing the subject matter of “Proposed deep water export facility at Port Esperance, Dover”.

Any person may make a written submission on this subject matter to be lodged with the General Manager by either:

All submissions must be received by no later than 21 July 2018.

Please note this is not in respect of any development application made to the Council to be dealt with under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 and any submission made will not constitute a representation for the purposes of any future application.
