ANZAC Day Road Closures

Notice Under Section 33 Road Traffic Act 1961

Pursuant to Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to traffic at the below mentioned times on Sunday 25 April 2021 for Anzac Day Services:

Port Clinton

6.00am to 7.15am

Yoolamardy Terrace (between Devon Street and Yelta Street)

Persons taking part in the Anzac Day Dawn Service on the above road are exempted from all Australian Road Rules relating to pedestrian behaviour on roads.

Port Vincent

5.30am to 10.00am

Kemp Street (between Way Street and Parsons Street)

Parsons Street (between Kemp Street and Port Vincent Tennis Courts/Oval Entry)

Persons taking part in the Anzac Service and Ceremony on the above roads are exempted from all Australian Road Rules relating to pedestrian behaviour, wearing of seatbelts and the way persons travel in or on vehicles.
