A Tidy Town win for Tennant Creek

The Mayor Steve Edgington, Deputy Mayor Kris Civitarese, and CEO Steve Moore accepted the Litter Management (Improvement) Award for Tennant Creek, presented by Gerry McCarthy, MLA, at the recent Tidy Towns Awards.

Congratulations to Santa Teresa (Ltyentye Apurte) who won the title of the Northern Territory’s Tidiest Town for 2018 and to all of the other Award winners.

"Thank-you to all of the Barkly Regional Council staff for the fantastic work you are doing in Tennant Creek and throughout the Barkly region - this award reflects the great work you do, week in week out," the Mayor said.
