Renewal of the established of Alcohol-Free Zones is proposed in the public road, car parking areas and adjacent footpaths for the areas listed below. The zone number of each area below corresponds with the zone number on the respective town centre map in the document library.

Auburn

1. Rawson Street, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Station Road and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Macquarie Road.

2. Northumberland Road, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Rawson Street and extending in a northerly direction to its intersection with Hall Street.

3. South Parade, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Auburn Road and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Park Road.

4. Auburn Road, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with South Parade and extending in a southerly direction to its intersection with Beatrice Street.

5. Mary Street, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Auburn Road and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Harrow Road.

6. Queen Street, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Auburn Road and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Park Road, including the closed section of Queen Street known as Auburn  Central Town Square.

7. Harrow Road, Auburn, commencing at its intersection with Mary Street and extending in a northerly direction to its intersection (cul-de-sac) with Queen Street.

Berala

8.    Woodburn Road, Berala, commencing at its intersection with Elizabeth Street and extending approximately 375 metres in a northerly direction.

9.    Elizabeth Street, Berala, northern side, commencing at its intersection with Woodburn Road and extending approximately 72 metres in an easterly direction.

10.  The pedestrian walkway, Woodburn Road, Berala, commencing at its intersection with Woodburn Road and extending to the commencement of the Berala railway station underpass.

Granville

11.   Granville Bus interchange and the bordering sections of Memorial Drive, Mary Street and the lane to the rear of South Street, including the commuter car park.

12.   The area fronting Diamond Avenue and Enid Avenue Granville, adjacent to the Granville Swimming Pool and including the grassed area at the corner of Enid Avenue and Memorial Drive adjacent to the Granville Diggers Club.

13.   Blaxcell street, Granville form Eve Street to Oakleigh Avenue: Oakleigh Avenue Granville form Blaxcell Street to Clyde Street: Clyde Street, Granville from Oakleigh Avenue to Dellwood Street and all street within those boundaries.

14.   Blaxcell street from Adam Street to Aubrey Street, Aubrey Street, Clyde Street from Aubrey Street to Dellwood Street and all streets within those boundaries.

15.   Blaxcell Street, Granville from Eve Street to Adam Street; Dellwood Street, Granville from Blaxcell Street to Pegler Avenue; Pegler Avenue, Granville from Dellwood Street to Pegler Lane; Pegler Lane, Granville; the laneway behind the   shopping centre. 

16.   Blaxcell Street Granville from William Street to Celia Street; Louis Street from Blaxcell Street to The Avenue; Celia Street from The Trongate to Blaxcell Street; Thomas Street from Blaxcell Street to May Street.

17.   Granville Town Centre - South Street, Granville, bounded by Railway Parade and William Street; Russell Street, Granville bounded by South Street and Carlton Street; Mary Street, Granville bounded by Carlton Street and South Street; William Street bounded by Lumley Street and Blaxcell Street.

18.   Carlton Street Granville from Railway Parade to Mary Street; Mary Street from Carlton Street to Jamieson Street; Jamieson Street from Mary Street to Railway Parade; Mary Street; and all roads including footpaths and areas within the boundaries stipulated including the Granville Town Hall Car Park and former Granville Library Car Park.

Greystanes

19.   Laneway between Benaud Street and Cumberland Road, Greystanes from the western entrance of the Benaud Street Laneway on Benaud Street to the eastern entrance of Benaud Street Laneway on Cumberland Road.

20.   Darling Street Park, Greystanes, Car Park on the southern side of Darling Street Park, which is accessed via Darling Street and the car park on the northern side of the Darling Street Park, which is accessed via Macleay Street.

21.   Carnation Street Greystanes (western side) from northern boundary of 17 Carnation Street to the intersection with Nemesia Street, Greystanes. Nemesia Street (southern side) from the intersection with Carnation Street to intersection with Hyacinth Street. Hyacinth Street (eastern side) from intersection with Nemesia Street to northern boundary of 4 Hyacinth Street. Gardenia Parade (northern side) from eastern boundary of 72 Gardenia Parade to western boundary of 78 Gardenia Parade.

22.   Car park on the northern side of Greystanes Sportsground (accessed via Merrylands Rad) and any street frontages.

23.   Southern side of Bathurst Street Greystanes, along the frontage of Bathurst Street Shopping Centre known as 41 to 51 Bathurst Street incorporating the adjacent car park.

24.   Hyland Road, Greystanes 100 metres east and south of the Hyland Road Youth Centre\Men’s shed.

25.  Merrylands Road, Greystanes from the northeast corner of Cumberland Road to the west corner of Braeside Road.

26.   Braeside Road on the eastern side from north-west corner of Merrylands Road to the southwest corner of Terry Street.

27.   Braeside Road on the eastern side from the north-eastern corner of Merrylands Road to No. 146 Braeside Road.

28.   Terry Street on the southern side from the southwest corner of Braeside Road to the southeast corner of Cumberland Road.

29.   Terry Street on the northern side from the northwest corner of Braeside Road to the north-east corner of Cumberland Road.

Guildford

Lidcombe

33.   Public Streets in the area bounded by Bridge Street, Toohey’s Lane, Railway Street, Mark Street, James Street and Joseph Street, Lidcombe, including all of Taylor Street.

34.   Joseph Street, Lidcombe, commencing at its intersection with James Street and extending in a southerly direction to its intersection with Raymond Street East.

35.   Church Street, Lidcombe, commencing at its intersection with John Street extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Olympic Drive.

Merrylands

36.   The Merrylands Central Business District including Merrylands Road, Merrylands from Burford Street to Military Road; Treves Street between McFarlane Street and Neil Street; McFarlane Street; Pitt Street, from Merrylands Road to Neil Street; Terminal Place, Main Lane, Finns Lane, Short Lane and Milne Lane.

37.   Car parks (servicing the Merrylands Swimming Centre, Merrylands Oval and Merrylands Park Tennis Courts) on the eastern side of Burnett Street.

38.   Hilltop Road, Merrylands between Clarence Street and the western boundary of 13 Hilltop Road (northern side); Hilltop Road between Clarence Street and the western boundary of 12 Hilltop Road (southern side).        

Pendle Hill

39.   Civic Avenue Pendle Hill between Billabong Street and Pendle Way including the Civic Park car park at the western end of Civic Avenue.

40.   Pendle Way (eastern side) between Stapleton Street and Joyce Street, Pendle Hill; Pendle Way (western side) between Gilba Road and Joyce Street; Joyce Street (southern side) between Pendle Way and Purdie Lane; Joyce Street (northern side) between Pendle Way and Purdie Lane.

South Wentworthville

41.  Ted Burge Sportsground in Hollywood Street including the car parking areas and the street frontages of Hollywood Street, Richmond Street and Fairmount Street associated with Ted Burge Sportsground.

Toongabbie 

42.  C.V. Kelly Park, Toongabbie, Car Park on the southern side of C.V. Kelly Park, which is accessed via Oramzi Road.

43.   Portico Parade, Toongabbie commencing at its intersection with Aurelia Street and extending in a north-westerly direction to its intersection with Junia Avenue; Aurelia Street, Toongabbie commencing at its intersection with Portico Parade and extending in a south-westerly direction to its intersection with Octavia Street “The Portico”, being those sections of roads and adjacent footpaths adjacent to the perimeter of the park extending between Aurelia Street and Cornelia Road, Cornelia Road and Portico Parade and Portico Parade and Aurelia Street.

Wentworthville

44.   Wentworthville town centre inclusive of:

Dunmore Street from Cumberland Highway to Emert Street including the laneway to the east of the Wentworthville Swimming Centre and the car park to the rear of Wentworthville Swimming Centre and including footpaths and areas within the boundaries stipulated above The Kingsway (including the Council car park at the western end of the street). Dunmore street between the Cumberland Highway and Lane Street (including the Council car park on the eastern and western sides of the Wentworthville library, and the car park corner of Garfield Street). Lane Street (between Dunmore and Veron Street and including the Council car park on the Western side, which is to the rear of the Wentworthville Hotel, described as Lot 29 DP 963). Veron Street (between Lane Street and 57 Veron Street). Station Street between The Kingsway and McKern Street. Pritchard Street (between Station and Garfield Street). Garfield Street (between Dunmore and Pritchard Street).

45.   Ringrose Park (Monty Bennet Oval), Wentworthville, car parks on the eastern side of Monty Bennet Oval, which is accessed via Cumberland Highway and the car park on the northern side of Monty Bennet Oval, which is accessed via Smith Street, directly adjacent to the Wentworthville Leagues Club car park.

Westmead

46.  The western side of Hawkesbury Road, Westmead adjacent to the frontage of the Oakes Shopping Centre, each extending from their intersections with Nolan Crescent to the South and Church Avenue to the North.
