Studio44, 44 Latham Street, Chermside Saturday, May 21, 2022, 2 – 4pm Brisbane City Council’s Pop-up Shop Program encourages property owners with vacant shops in Brisbane to provide temporary use of their property to businesses wanting to trial a bricks and mortar store.With the help of the Pop-up Shop Program, Art from the Urban Wilderness has opened a print studio and art gallery in Chermside. The space is also open for events to experience a variety of art techniques including printmaking, drawing and collage.In this two-hour workshop, you'll have fun with this simple printmaking process that produces beautiful results. Experiment with colours and different types of leaves for intimate prints for cards, gifts and framing. All materials supplied.
