Public Notice: Anakie Street closed to public from 4.30 pm – 6.00 pm Thursday 16 September 2021

Emerald State High School Seniors will be celebrating their school formal in style, with Anakie Street (between Egerton Street and Yamala Street) transformed into a runway for the most remarkable cars these teenagers can find.

To allow for a grand entrance, this section of Anakie Street will be closed to the public from 4.30 pm until 6.00 pm on Thursday 16 September 2021.

Please follow traffic conditions and allow extra travel time over this period.

Congratulations to all of our Year 12 students for their achievements so far, and we hope you have a fantastic night!
