Council is seeking expressions of interest from owners of property who may wish to undertake conservation works on structures that could be classed as having historic or heritage value. Conservation work includes repairs, replacement, painting or removal of inappropriate alterations/additions.

Each application will be treated on its merit and all ratepayers are eligible to apply.

DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL: DA 37/2021

Council has received an Application for Solar Farm over LOT: 1112 DP: 754578 Mary Gilmore Way, Grenfell.

Inspection: The application DA 37/2021 for Solar Farm may be viewed from 7 July 2021 to 28 July 2021 online through the NSW Planning Portal at https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/daex/on%20exhibition Submissions: Any person may make a submission via the NSW Planning Portal within the advertised period.
