Presented by The Gender Whisperers

Let Me Get Something off My Chest is a storytelling night of polemical rants and righteous queer rage. Join an array of activists, artists and wordsmiths as they take to the stage to let the world know what's been making them angry, bemused or confused this year. Featuring speeches from Roj Amedi, Greg Axtens, Joshua Badge, Tony Briffa, Frank Gafa, Anastasia Le, Jake Lewis, David Mejia-Canales and Kitty, Dean & Sasja from 3CR's Behind Closed Doors. Hosted by 3RRR Queer View Mirror’s Gemma Cafarella.

This event takes place at the Bowery Theatre, which recognises the late Leigh Bowery who was born and raised in the West and went on to become one of the most influential LGBTIQA+ international arts figures of the 80s and 90s. Adjacent to St Albans Train Station, this event takes place in the heart of one of Melbourne's cultural melting pots.
