Planning Agreement – DA196/18 – 34 Lot Residential Subdivision, Lot 2 DP574754, ‘Woodlands’, 111 Ian Holt Drive, Lidsdale NSW 2790

Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for community facilities and public open space, plus roadworks on Maddox Lane between the subject land and Wolgan Road. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a 34 Lot Residential Subdivision, Lot 2 DP574754, ‘Woodlands’, 111 Ian Holt Drive, Lidsdale NSW 2790.

The Agreement is available for public inspection at Council’s Economic Development and Environment, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 8 May 2021.

During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA196/18. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to the issue of the Subdivision Certificate for the second stage.
