Fire Control Officer Appointments

Section 38A Bush Fires Act 1954 FES COMMISSIONER MAY APPOINT CHIEF BUSH FIRE CONTROL OFFICER 

Persuant to section 38A of the Bush Fires Act 1954, at the request of the local government, I hereby appoint the member of staff from time to time holding, acting in, or lawfully performing the functions of the below position, as the Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the local government district of the Shire of Ashburton. 

FIRE CONTROL OFFICER APPOINTMENTS

The Shire of Ashburton hereby revokes the following Fire Control Officer (FCO) appointments;

Mike Turrill

and hereby appoints the following as Fire Control Officers for the whole of the Shire of Ashburton;

Terry Moller           FCO Tristian Padfield    FCO

For the Pannawonica area only;

Eilish McNulty       FCO
