In recess due to COVID-19 Coronavirus restrictions.

Council has developed a design proposal for the new Off-Leash Dog Park to be delivered under the Drought Communities Program (DCP) – Extension.

The design proposal is currently on display for comment and can be viewed on Council's Public Exhibition webpage.

Written submissions are invited and will be received by the undersigned up until 4:00pm on Friday, 2 October 2020.

Additionally, a public consultation session will be held at the Grenfell Hub on Thursday, 10 September 2020 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Council Engineers and Animal Control staff will be available during this time to answer questions and take note of any concerns.

Applications for a share of $4.6 million funding under the 2020/2021 Local Sport Grant Program are now open.

This Program aims to increase regular and ongoing participation opportunities in sport and active recreation in NSW, particularly for women, girls and populations groups with low participation rates. The funding is also available to assist sporting clubs in providing quality service and access to their members and the local community.
