Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

On the 27 June 2020 The Kambalda community come together for yet another successful Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.

The annual fundraiser event attracted approximately 60 community members including representatives of One Tree Childcare Services and Kambalda West Playgroup and with fun games and great prizes to be won,  made for a very enjoyable event.

This year saw the event looking a little different to previous years but despite the small changes on the day it was such a pleasure to see everyone getting together for a cuppa and a delicious Morning Teas all for such an incredible cause.

The Kambalda CRC also invited all participants of this years March Charge announcing the winners of the fitness challenge  as well as taking the opportunity to welcome new members of our community with welcome packs on hand upon arrival.

Together, everyone who attended helped to raise an outstanding amount of $635.50 in donations with all funds to be donated to Cancer Council Australia.

There were raffles, sweepstakes, bingo, a silent auction, a bake off competition and most popular the cups & saucers game that saw the last one standing at the right coin toss. What a fun and eventful morning. Congratulations to all our lucky winners         Thank you to all those who attended and donated towards the good cause.
