Stay loyal to local
AlburyCity News 16 Jun 2020

If you aren't able to financially support a business, why not leave a positive review or drop your favourite places an encouraging email of support and solidarity?

Information on the support available to businesses in Albury is available on our dedicated COVID-19 page, as well as the latest information on event cancellations or postponements, changes to our services and updates, alerts and resources to help during this time.

For those of us at home, we can source much of what we need right here in our region. So please, if you're lucky enough to be able to help, take a look at the diverse options on offer and stay loyal to local.

Whether it’s buying a coffee, a voucher, a new item of clothing or dining out on Dean, we can all make a difference.

Life during COVID-19 restrictions doesn't mean we can't enjoy or support our local businesses and as we have grown and adapted, there are so many ways we can back the local businesses we know and love.

By backing local, we can stimulate the economy and support jobs, ensuring we recover as quickly as possible from the impacts of this global pandemic.

A collaboration between our Visit Albury Wodonga and Events teams has showcased how a number of local businesses have managed the COVID-19 restrictions and adapted their business to suit.

Wach the video below to see how local Dean Street Spanish restaurant, Saludos has adapted to the change.
