Released 10 February 2020

Young people are being asked to put their names forward to join the Broome Youth Advisory Council, as the Shire seeks to get them more involved in the future of their town.

The Youth Advisory Council identify issues that are important to young people and participate in the planning and delivery of local initiatives and projects for young people.

Nominations for the YAC will be received until March 14, 2020.

For more information on the YAC and the Youth Engagement Framework, go to the Youth Advisory Council website or contact Cherry Lawton on [email protected].
