Municipal Employee - Truck Driver – Heavy Rigid (General Maintenance/Construction) Kempton

Applications are invited for two Municipal Employee positions with Southern Midlands Council.

These are full time permanent positions with one based at Oatlands and one based at Kempton.   The successful applicants will need to have demonstrated skills, knowledge & experience in the roles and tasks identified within the respective position descriptions.

Applicants must be highly skilled, customer focused, possess good interpersonal skills, be highly self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills.  Previous experience in local government and/or a related industry would be desirable.

The salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills, knowledge experience and qualifications in accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
