The dive-in movies are back at Mount Druitt and Riverstone Swimming Centres this Summer. This is an annual event and a fan favourite for Mount Druitt and Riverstone locals who will once again be able to enjoy recent blockbusters from the comfort of their very own pool inflatable or noodle.
Mount Druitt Swimming Centre will transform into a floating movie theatre on Saturday 11 January screening the family favourite ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2’. On Saturday 18 January it’s Riverstone Swimming Centre’s turn with ‘The Lego Movie 2’ to feature on the big screen. Gates will open at 7.15 pm with the movies starting at 8.30 pm. Tickets are available to purchase on the night at each centre.
Movie goers will also have the opportunity to make cash donations to the Blacktown City Council Bushfire Appeal during the evenings.
Tickets for a single screening are $5 for children, $10 for adults and $30 for a family (2 adults + 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children).
