Public Notice – Annual General Meeting of Electors

The Annual General Meeting of Electors for 2018/19 will be held in the Shire of Havey Council Chamber, 7 Mulgara Street, Australind on Tuesday, 28 January 2020 commencing at 6pm.

Order of Business

1. Confirmation of Minutes from the 2017/18 Annual General Meeting of Electors.

2. Receipt of 2018/19 Annual Report including Shire President’s Report and Auditor’s Report.

3. General Business.

If electors have specific items of general business which will require research, they are requested to provide details in writing three days prior to the meeting so that relevant information can be provided.
