PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE
PORTION OF SEWELL STREET, BROOKTON
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Brookton has resolved, pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, to permanently close the portion of road reserve for Sewell Street north of Yeo Road, Brookton. In accordance with the requirements of the Land Administration Act 1997, the proposed closure is being advertised for public comment prior being forwarded to the Minister for Lands for formal determination.
Plans setting out the proposed road closure are available for viewing during office hours at the Shire Administration Office, 14 White Street, Brookton. Any queries regarding this matter should be directed to the CEO, who can be contacted on 9642 1106, or at the Shire office.
A person wishing to lodge a submission on the proposed closure will need to do so in writing addressed to the undersigned on or before 4.00pm, Wednesday 26th February 2020.
