Seeking to undertake fundraising to support bushfire relief?

Council is making a number of local venues (indoors and parkland) available for use free-of-charge to individuals and community groups hosting a fundraising event to support the current Australian bushfires.

Additionally we are reducing the impact of red tape by fast-tracking any approvals for fundraising activities.

To discuss your fundraising idea, find out what others are doing or to enquire about venues and availability email: [email protected] and a member of our Team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Please include:

Contact name and phone number A brief description of the event or activity you would like to host Approximate number of attendees Preferred suburb in which you would like to host your event or activity Details of the cause your event or activity is seeking to support

Please note: It is important that Council honours current bookings, keeps those participating in fundraisers safe and has enough time to properly plan for events. Officers will consider these factors when deciding whether a fundraising event is suitable for a particular venue.
