The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Thursday 6 February 2020 commencing at 6:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road Nabawa. 

The order of business will be: 

Confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual Electors Meeting, held on Thursday 31 January 2019  Receiving of the 2018/2019 Annual Report which includes: 2018/2019 Audited Financial Statements 2018/2019 Independent Audit & Management Report. Presidents Report Chief Executive Officers Report            

A copy of the 2018/2019 Annual Report containing the above information is available on the Shire’s website www.chapmanvalley.wa.gov.au or from the Shire Office.
