Ti Tree School was presented with their Territory Tidy Towns School “Highly Commended” award by Central Desert Regional Council’s (CDRC) Anmatjere Community Services Manager, Jason McKissock on 12 December at their end of year assembly. Ti Tree School won the award at a Tidy Towns event on 29 November in Alice Springs, at which Jason was present.

 The Recycle Rangers, a team of seven students from Ti Tree School who manage the school’s new recycling facility (provided by CDRC), were presented with their Territory Tidy Towns “Appreciation Award” for their efforts.

 Over the weekend Christmas carols were conducted by the Ti Tree Farm Garden store. It was there that Jason McKissock presented to Danielle and Hannes Rosslee their Territory Tidy Towns “Highly Commended” award for Best Store in front of community members.

 “Thank you to Ti Tree Farm Garden store for bringing the joy and spirit of Christmas to us all, big and small,” said Jason McKissock of the event.
