NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of York Council at its Ordinary Meeting held on the 26 November 2019 has adopted the Local Heritage Survey (with modification), Heritage List, Heritage Areas and Revised Local Planning Policy Heritage Conservation and Development.

These documents replace the previous Municipal Heritage Inventory, Heritage List, Heritage Areas and Local Planning Policy Heritage Precincts and Places.

and are available at the Council offices for viewing during business hours.
