Flying fox fun officially opens in Jindabyne

Snowy Monaro families have yet another reason to visit Livvi’s Place playground in Jindabyne with the all abilities flying fox officially opened.

On Friday, local children joined Deputy Premier John Barilaro, Snowy Monaro Regional Council Mayor Peter Beer, and community members to celebrate the opening of the 30-metre flying fox.

“The inclusive Livvi’s Place is such a fantastic space for local families and visitors of Jindabyne,” Cr Beer said.

“The flying fox is the final piece of the puzzle for the Livvi’s Place playground.

“Well done to Louise Frolich and the Touched by Olivia Foundation who have passionately supported the completion of the original playground in the days of the then Snowy River Shire Council. “
