Emergency training exercise at Peterson Reserve

Bayside City Council 19 Nov 2019

On Monday 25 November from 12-5pm Council will conduct a practice emergency training exercise at Peterson Youth Centre at Peterson Reserve on Highett Road.

The exercise will test Council’s emergency response policies and practices. Representatives of Victoria Police, Metropolitan Fire Brigade, SES, St John’s Ambulance plus other government agencies will also attend.

Emergency vehicles may be parked at Peterson Reserve or on Highett Road during the exercise.

Please be assured that the exercise is not an actual incident but a drill to ensure Council is well prepared to manage emergency events and ensure public safety should the need arise.
