Coolgardie Pool hosts free outdoor movie night

Families are invited to Coolgardie Pool this Sunday 3 November for a free outdoor movie night. The Shire of Coolgardie facility will be transformed into a movie theatre for the evening for the screening of ‘Monster Family’ movie.

Entry is free for all - guests just need to bring their own rugs, low chairs or beanbags to sit on. The movie will be projected on a big screen and is scheduled to commence at 5:30pm – perfect for the younger members of the family!

The Crib Hut food van will be attending, and drinks will be available for purchase. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food, however no alcohol will be permitted into the venue.

Shire President, Malcolm Cullen said the Shire of Coolgardie is looking forward to hosting more community events in the lead up to the festive season.

“The Coolgardie Pool pop-up movie night is an opportunity for all members of the community to join an evening of family fun. With school holidays and Christmas just around the corner, the Shire is looking forward to supporting more events that bring people together to foster a sense of belonging and community.”

Date: Sunday 3 November

Time: Pool open from 11am as usual

Movie Run Time: 5:30pm – 7pm

Pool Closes: 7.15pm

Cost: Free

Movie Screening: Monster Family

Pop up Food Van: The Crib Hut will be suppling hot food from 4.30 pm- 7pm
