Council is required to appoint a new Council Assessment Panel (CAP) for a new two year term commencing January 2020 and concluding January 2022. Council must appoint three (3) Independent Members and one (1) Presiding Chair to the CAP. The CAP is also comprised of one Councillor, also appointed by Council.
