Meet Town of Bassendean Parks and Gardens supervisor Steven Morrissey. In 2019 so far, we've planted 10,966 trees and plants and shrubs in parks, verges and bush reserves. We have allocated funds to plant even more in 2020.

1,000 seedlings at Point Reserve, railway Parade and Success Hill Reserve 120 trees in parks and reserves 140 verge trees outside houses 3,726 plants in bushland reserves 1,830 plants grown and planted by Bassendean Preservation Group 150 plants planted by Friends of Success Hill Reserve 4,000 plants provided to residents at low cost under Plants to Residents program 10,966 trees and plants in total
