City of Armadale 21 Aug 2019

The City of Armadale Perth Hills Armadale Visitor Centre is inviting residents to submit their best photographs depicting spring in Armadale, to be in the running to win one of two Apple iPads.

The competition, now in its second year and fourth round, is part of the 2019 Spring into Armadale Festival, and aims to showcase the Perth Hills Armadale and surrounding areas from the perspective of local and visiting photographers.

Entrants can upload their best photographs at perthhillsarmadale.com.au or the Perth Hills Armadale Facebook page via the ‘Win an iPad’ tab.

Entries are open until 15 November 2019, with winning entries to be determined by a public voting process to be run between the 16 November to 30 November.

The autumn competition, which ran from March to May 2019, attracted over 250 high quality entries, featuring an array of photographs depicting natural landscapes and fauna through to suburban living.

Autumn winners included Armadale residents and hobby photographers Matt Skellern for his close up of two female Forest Red-Tail Cockatoos and Bianca Collins for her photograph of a sunset from Armadale Settlers Common.
