Changes to Planning Enquires

Effective from Monday 12 August, we will be implementing the following changes to planning enquiries:

Front Counter enquiries- customers are able to see Planning staff between the hours of 10.00 am and 1.00 pm only, in the Riverside Office. Bookings can be made by planning staff outside of these hours, as and when required. Alternatively, customers may complete a planning enquiry form and have planning staff respond to the enquiry within 2 working days. Hard copy forms are available at the Riverside front counter or via the Planning section of our website.
