Lachlan Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Caravan Park Managers who could work with Council to manage the Lakeview Caravan Park.

Lakeview Caravan Park is located in Lake Cargelligo, approximately 600 kilometres west of Sydney, and within easy walking distance of Lake Cargelligo and the town’s main street.

Lachlan Shire Council is seeking innovative and experienced operators to provide high quality service, management, development and maintenance of the caravan park.  The Council is looking for operators who can operate the business from the caravan park and provide affordable, secure, sustainable and presentable caravan park facilities appropriate to the location.

Council will offer the successful applicant a fixed term contract to deliver the services outlined above and in more detail in the ‘Management Contract’. In order to attract the right people Council is proposing an attractive retention, along with a commission bonus based on accommodation rates, and on site housing included in the overall package.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit a tender, in writing addressed to the General Manager (Lachlan Shire Council, PO Box 216, Condobolin, NSW, 2877), via email at [email protected] or  through the Tenderlink (www.tenderlink.com.au) portal and must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Thursday 22 August 2019. The tender must include documents which highlight skills, knowledge and experience including cover/introductory letter and a copy of your current CV including three referees.
