Keysborough Roadworks

In preparation for the opening of a new school at 10 Homeleigh Road, Keysborough, Council will be completing significant roadworks on sections of Chapel and Homeleigh roads.
Construction is expected to begin at the end of August and will be completed in time for the first school term in 2020. During construction there will be disruptions on the adjacent road network and detours will be in place.
A change to local road conditions will include:
• Full closure of Homeleigh Road, between Chapel Road and Abercrombie Avenue for the duration of the works
• Reduced speed limits and traffic flow on Chapel Road between Orlando Crescent and Tyers Lane for the duration of the works
• Full closure of Chapel Road between Orlando Crescent and Tyers Lane for short periods during the roadworks.
Additional notification will be provided to local residents before any planned closures. Please observe on site message boards for applicable dates and times.
Council will be in contact with any residents whose property access will be directly affected by the works.
