As the provider of around 800 services to our local community, City of Gold Coast is inviting you to have your say on your experience as a customer.

The City is developing a new Customer Experience Strategy and is launching a survey this week to help shape the strategy and deliver better services.

Acting Mayor Donna Gates said customer expectations were changing.

“We want our customers to have the best possible experience when dealing with us and using our services,” she said.

“It’s so important that our growing and diverse community of residents, businesses and visitors can have their say about their experience as a customer.

“Whether it’s using our libraries, our sporting facilities or a park; submitting a development application, applying for business licence, or registering their dog, every one of these are part of a customer’s experience with us.”

“Your feedback will be used in developing this strategy, with the ultimate aim of making life easier for our customers.”

The survey opens on Thursday 4 July and closes on Thursday 25 July 2019.
