Local signage upgrade

You may notice some new signs around the place.

We are in the process of upgrading and installing locality signage.

In 2009 Council approved the design of a variety of signage around the Shire. This included revamping street signs, park signs, locality signs and artwork. This is the Council Marketing Plan to advertise the Shire of Capel.

In the 2017/18 financial year, the first instalment of Locality Signage was rolled out.

This budget year 2018/19 will be the second instalment of Locality signage as detailed below:

Boundary RoadBoyanup West RoadElgin RoadFowler RoadHarewoods RoadTwomey StreetWeld Road.

These signs are expected to be installed before 14 June 2019.
