Award winning author to visit Cessnock Library

Calling all lovers of crime fiction!

Andrew Patterson will be visiting Cessnock Library to discuss his new outstanding mystery, ‘Harry’s Quest,’ the sizzling sequel to the international award-winning ‘Harry’s World.’ Patterson’s fictional hero in the hard-boiled and noir traditions, Harry Kenmare, made his debut in 2015. Now Harry returns.

Andrew Patterson is a 30-year veteran investigator and writer who knows first-hand about corruption, power, crime and vice. He was previously a Detective Sergeant in the WA Police working in vice, and later was a Chief Investigator with the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Cessnock City Council’s Library Services Co-ordinator, Rose-marie Walters encourages crime novel fans to come along.

“This is an author visit not to be missed. Andrew will also talk about the influence of his extensive and colourful professional experiences on his fiction writing.”
