Closure of Rodeo Drive – between MR7513 Lake Cargelligo Rd and Grace Street

Closure of Grace Street – between MR231 Wyalong Rd and Naradhan St

Closure of through traffic Narrandera Street – at Grace Street

Tuesday 21 May 2019 – Monday 1 July 2019

 Commencing 0900 hours Tuesday 21 May 2019 until 1600 hours Monday 1 July 2019, Rodeo Drive and part of Grace Street will be closed to all traffic for roadworks associated with Stage 1 of the Heavy Vehicle Bypass at Lake Cargelligo. Traffic to Hillston or Rankins Springs are encouraged to use Naradhan Street, Grace Street (northern end) and Foster Street.  Traffic to West Wyalong are encouraged to use Naradhan Street, Grace Street (northern end), Foster Street and Walker Street onto MR231 Wyalong Road.

Narrandera Street will be close to through traffic at Grace Street but Narrandera Street itself will remain open.

Traffic signs will be installed giving advanced notice of the road closure and alternative routes by detour.

Drivers are advised to drive to conditions for the duration of the road closure.

As roadworks progress, a road diversion at the intersection of MR7513 Lake Cargelligo Road and Rodeo Drive will be in place for reconstruction of that intersection. This will the subject of a future notice of roadworks.
