Alice Springs Town Council would like to advise the community that there will be a variation of operating hours at two Council facilities effective from 1 May 2019.
Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre operating hours effective from the 1 May 2019 through to 31 August 2019, will be:
Monday - Friday: 6am-9am, 12noon-2pm & 4pm-6:30pm. Weekends and public holidays 1pm-5pm. Water slides 2pm-4pm on weekends & public holidays. Closed on the following public holidays -Queen’s Birthday, Alice Springs Show Day, Good Friday and Christmas Day.The Regional Waste Management Facility’s Rediscovery Centre (retail outlet) will be operating from:
8am – 4pm weekdays and 9.30am – 2.30pm on weekendsHowever the Regional Waste Management Facility’s operating hours have not changed and remain at 8am -4pm 7 days a week.
There has been no change to operating hours of other Council facilities such, as the Library or Civic Centre.
