The evacuation centre at the Huon Valley PCYC (40-72 Wilmot Rd, Huonville, TAS 7109) is now closed.

We will continue to monitor the fire situation, and should circumstances change we will re-activate the centre.

While fire conditions are easing, we encourage our community to keep up to date through the following:

People with medical conditions are advised to have a personal plan for avoiding smoke from the burn. Advice is available from the Department of Health or the Asthma Foundation of Tasmania.
