The activity will go ahead in light rain. Some water confidence is required. Safety consent forms will be emailed to participants. Please bring your completed form with you on the day. Wear secure fully enclosed shoes that can get wet and muddy, sun-smart quick-dry clothing (no denim or jeans), a light raincoat/rain poncho to go over your life jacket, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring one litre of drinking water and a small energy snack, towel and spare warm clothing and shoes. We recommend wearing layers on cold days.
