Family Walk at Karawatha Forest

Saturday, August 4, 2018, 10 – 11am Come and discover the wonder of Karawatha Forest through a family friendly guided nature walk along the 1.2 km Ironbark Circuit. You will learn to spot clues of local wildlife and discover interesting facts about the plants that make up this unique reserve. Visitors can also enjoy childrens activities and displays at the Discovery Centre. Cost: Free Event type: Family events, Fitness & well-being, Free, Green Bookings: No bookings required. All ages over 6 years welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Meeting point: Discovery Centre Requirements: All ages 5 years and over, children must be supervised by an adult. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, fully enclosed secure walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent.
